In order to create the rounded corners the 7 10 sheet of 8 wallets is sent through a die cutting machine which cuts 1 8 off of each image. The finished wallet photo print size will be slightly smaller than 2 5x3 5.

Our standard wallets come die cut with rounded corners by default and are easily customizable with text or try a set of 8 mini wallets printed in a single sheet. When you are setting your pictures up for wallet size photos please remember that we will be removing about 1 16th of an inch when we make the die cut rounded corners. With 7 fonts and 20 color choices available through the options tab in roes these wallets are the ideal choice for producing consistent text location without the fear of die cut interference. Die cut wallet prints 2 5 16 x 3 5 16 are available in pre perforated sheets of 8 and have rounded corners.
